PAPER PRESENTATION

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Paper is supposed to be in IEEE format comprising of not more than 6 pages.

• Paper must contain participants’ name, department, year, e-mail ID, contact number and college name.

• Maximum of 2 members per team is allowed.

• Participants are not allowed to present more than one paper.

• Inter college teams are allowed to present paper.

• Full length paper must be sent to the Gmail ID eeeexplorers2k22@gmail.com and the file name should be in the title of the paper in .pdf format

• Presentation time will 12 minutes out of which 10 minutes is for presentation and 2 minutes for queries.

• The selected participants must bring 2 hard copies of documentation.
